Our Moving Process

A lot of moving companies that charge by the hour like we do will take an unnecessary amount of extra time to increase your overall moving rate. They do this while also not providing any extra care to your home and precious belongings. We have always been committed to doing the exact opposite though. We have attentively planned our routes to decrease our travel time. We also disassemble plus reassemble any furniture of yours with our own tools. This not only saves your energy but also your time and overall moving costs. All of our trucks come equipped with ramps which speeds up the loading and unloading time. By utilizing the commercial wheeled bins we have to save time from carrying individual boxes back and forth.
Born To Move Rates
Unlike many other moving companies, we have always been fully transparent with our prices. We also do not believe in having hidden fees or adding unnecessary charges. Our customers are never charged for things like gas mileage, tolls, rescheduling, or cancellations. For all of our moves, we do require a minimum of three hours. If you have any items that need hoisting or weigh 160 plus pounds we charge $60 per item. If you only have a room or an apartment of a smaller size, it will typically only take two of our movers to complete the job. Our rate for two movers as well as our commercial-sized truck is $140 an hour. Larger moves will need three movers to complete which comes at the rate of $190 an hour. We can also provide four movers for especially large moves which costs $240 an hour. The rate for our packing or unpacking service is dependent on how many workers are needed but again starts at $140 an hour.
