How the Process Works
Once you decide that you want to move to Florida from Chicago but have not found a place yet, we are still able to help you. All you have to do is give us a call. It will be either me, Alex, or Toni on the phone, and we will be able to provide you with a cheap flat rate for moving to Florida.
All you need to do is provide us with a list of items from your old house, delivery times, and if you need packing or unpacking. After that, our moving coordinator will be able to provide you with a free, no-obligation quote for your move to Florida.

Unpacking and packing
Unpacking and packing is a luxury service available to all customers who decide to hire Born to Move, especially for long-distance moves to Florida. If you decide to purchase one of the services, we can bring plastic crates and then take them back once we pack your belongings in Florida.
We will drop them off a week before, so you will have plenty of time to pack, and we can unpack them together at the new location. We might as well do full-service packing and unpacking, which will add an additional rate on top of the flat rate if you decide to get packing services for moving to Florida.

How to Pack My Stuff for This Move to Florida?
We advise you to pack into smaller boxes and pack all the fragile items with packing paper. Put pictures in a picture box with paper, and label all of the boxes with “fragile” or “kitchen stuff.” Make sure to take all of your personal belongings with you, such as electronics, computers, and all the vital items that you need.
Do not put them in a box and hand them over to the movers. There have been many times when customers couldn’t find a box they needed for a few days, called the movers, and also didn’t know where the box was. Then, a few days later, you might find it. Take all your vital possessions with you; do not give them to the movers.
