Our Moving Process
The plethora of protective measures we use during our moving process truly separates us from other Medway movers. We do everything in our power to minimize any risk of damage to your floors and belongings. Some of the many things we do are utilizing moving blankets, shrink-wrapping furniture, and paying extra attention to more precious or fragile items like antiques, televisions, or glassware. Like the majority of moving companies, we charge by the hour. Many moving companies that charge in this manner will take extra time without providing any additional care for your move. At Born To Move we are fully committed to not wasting any of your time. To help you save your time, money, and energy we will do things such as disassembling furniture like beds. We bring all of the tools needed so that you don’t have to worry about not packing them. Once we arrive at your new location we will also reassemble the furniture all without any extra charges. We also use wheeled commercial bins to cut back on the time it takes to carry individual boxes. Here at Born To Move we will go above and beyond to make your moving day easy for you.
Born To Move Rates
We are committed to making your big day stress-free. For us, this includes being fully transparent with our prices and not having any hidden fees. We never charge extra for either of your locations having stairs, gas mileage, tolls, inclement weather, your need to reschedule, or cancellations. Please let our team know ahead of time if you have heavier-than-average items in need of hoisting or weighing 160 plus pounds as we charge $60 per item to move them. A minimum of three hours is required to book with us which includes travel time between destinations. Most rooms or apartments of a smaller size, only require two movers. For two movers as well as a commercial-size truck we charge a rate of $140 an hour. For large-sized moves, we will provide three movers which will cost $190 an hour. If your move is especially large or you have extra heavy items we can provide you with four movers for the rate of $240 an hour. We also provide packing as well as packing services for an affordable rate. Our price is dependent on your move size and starts at $140 an hour. Supplies for packing such as various-size boxes, tape, and shrink wrap can also be supplied by our team for a low price.
